About The Practice

Ahearn & Associates Medical Center (AAMC) is a Medicare-certified Rural Health Clinic (RHC) serving Kewanee, Illinois, and the surrounding communities. Michael A. Ahearn, MD, Timothy Stead, APRN, FNP, Christina Denning, AGPCNP, and the other members of our team are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare to our patients and community.

Our Kewanee clinic provides care for acute and chronic illnesses, annual wellness and preventive visits, men’s and women’s health, chronic care management, and other primary care services designed to support our patients' health throughout adulthood.

Our owner and Medical Director, Michael A. Ahearn, MD, has served the Kewanee area for 40 years. In July 2003, he established Ahearn & Associates Medical Center, Inc. (AAMC), committed to providing accessible, personalized healthcare close to home.

AAMC’s healthcare team also extends beyond our Kewanee clinic. We provide medical services to residents of nursing and long-term care facilities throughout the region with the assistance of Victor Medina, MD; Christina Denning, AGPCNP; Morgan Ryan, APRN, CFNP; Christine Greene, CFNP; Chris Wade, CPA; and Matthew Wilson, DNP, APRN, along with Dr. Ahearn, Timothy Stead, CFNP, and other members of our clinical team.

Together, our providers are dedicated to building lasting relationships with patients, families, nursing facility residents, and the communities we serve.
